Hark Therapy provides integrative counselling to adults across Alton, Hampshire and the surrounding area. With qualifications including a Level 5 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling Practice and a BSc in Psychology, Catherine creates a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your feelings and work towards healing.

Sessions are available face-to-face at Pure therapy clinic in Alton, online, or by telephone, offering flexibility to suit your needs and lifestyle. Begin with a free 20-minute 'Meet and Greet' call to see if counselling is right for you.
