In an emergency, contact 999, your GP, or your local crisis team.

  • Results vary between individuals

  • Hypnotherapy is a complementary therapy, not a replacement for medical treatment

  • Sessions are most effective when the client is open, engaged, and comfortable

  • Hypnotherapy cannot force a person to act against their will

You must inform the therapist of any relevant medical or psychological conditions.

12. Ending Therapy

You may end therapy at any time.
It is helpful to discuss this during a session so that we may conclude safely and reflectively.

Hark Therapy reserves the right to end therapy if:

  • Boundaries are not respected

  • Therapy is no longer appropriate

  • Fees are unpaid

  • The therapeutic relationship is no longer effective

13. Complaints

If you have concerns or wish to make a complaint:
